Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping
New customers paying by credit card may qualify for Free Shipping and exclusive promotional discounts. Please note that certain promotional or clearance items may have quantity limits. Final shipping fees and availability will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:

- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Germany
- Italy
- Singapore
At this time, shipping services are not available for other countries.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders shipped within Canada and the United States are fulfilled through local warehouses and usually arrive within 2–4 business days.
Orders shipped to other supported countries are delivered via international courier services and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
All delivery estimates are based on Pacific Time business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.
Oversized Items
Certain oversized products — including furniture, travel systems, cribs, large outdoor play equipment, and rocking chairs — may be subject to shipping restrictions or extended delivery times.

When Will I Receive My Order?
